Employment Services Assistant - DBS Project
Band 2 - £22,383 per annum

We are currently looking for an Employment Services Assistant to join our busy team on a fixed term 12 months basis. This role will provide administrative support to the DBS Project.

This is a new an evolving team and this role will assist in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Employment Services function.

The Employment Services Assistant will support in ensuring that all staff within the Trust has an up to date DBS at the correct level. You would also support the employment life cycle of employees.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is hardworking and flexible and relishes a challenge to help us deliver a more effective and efficient service.

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is situated on The Wirral peninsula which has a stunning coastline and beautiful countryside surroundings, with great activities for its residents.

The ability to work to deadlines and a competent user of IT programmes including Microsoft Word and Excel are required.

In addition to the attributes above, the post holder will need to have an organised approach to work with excellent communication skills, plus the ability to handle multiple queries.
