Channel Sales Manager

Novus Precision Partners is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to join our team in London. As a leading resourcing partner in the Asia region, we are proud to be working with a prestigious international financial institution to expand their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a background in sales, marketing, or related roles to take on a leadership position and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partner executives and sales teams to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Own and execute the supplier channel strategy, partner acquisition, and revenue generation from the channel.
  • Lead, empower, and mobilize a team of partner sales managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers and Sales Division to ensure seamless delivery of our Market Data products to clients.
  • Assist in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives and drive business results.
  • Evaluate current product offerings and recommend enhancements to scale the channel and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and guide team performance to goals while inspiring success and driving innovation.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies and drive business growth.
  • Drive campaign activity in partnership with marketing and industry sellers to reach new customers and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with the credit, operations, and technology teams to provide partner feedback and improve our product offering and customer experience.
  • Monitor sales and analyze performance trends to identify issues and opportunities for growth.
  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and ensure a link between company objectives and customer objectives.
  • Understand market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to grow sustainable business results.
Requirements:
