Job Title: Channel Account Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Account Director to join our team at Exponential-e. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our partner network.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Exponential-e and build a strong pipeline.
  • Ensure that sales and activity targets are achieved, and provide regular activity reporting.
  • Provide expert advice to partners on network solutions and services that best meet their customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing with partners to achieve sales in line with Exponential-e's pricing policies and client requirements.
  • Conduct face-to-face channel meetings with partners and their clients.
  • Manage internal resources and interface with internal departments.
  • Accurately forecast anticipated sales and participate in planning and preparing marketing campaigns.
  • Attend networking events and coach and mentor Channel Account Executives and/or Channel Partner Managers within the team.
  • Lead successful marketing and sales growth campaigns annually for the channel partner base.

Requirements:

  • Consistent sales track record within the technology space.
  • Experience selling managed service solutions that align to the Exponential-e product set.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to 'win trust' and sell on the quality and integrity of Exponential-e.
  • Must be driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales.
  • Eager to learn and develop, with a commitment to completing training courses and retaining vendor accreditations.
