Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in maintaining and improving a positive and productive company culture.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with UK employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide HR support in areas such as recruitment, employment systems, HR records/administration, employee development, employee engagement & wellbeing, and company strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and wellbeing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of company policies.
  • Provide HR software support and maintenance.
  • Investigate and document HR-related issues and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous commercial HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (CIPD level 3 or 5 preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced level in all MS Office packages.
