Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our regional team at National Trust. This role will enable you to work closely with senior leaders, influencing and supporting our focus on inclusion, wellbeing, development, managing change, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Assistant Directors and General Managers to think strategically about their teams and operational performance.
  • Support the implementation of people programmes and initiatives in the region.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to influence and support our focus on inclusion, wellbeing, development, managing change, and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver projects that deliver great results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of broad HR Business Partnering with senior leaders on a range of issues.
  • Significant generalist Human Resources and Organisational Development experience.
  • A confident, credible, and highly collaborative approach with creative problem-solving and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of coaching managers and leaders.
  • Experience supporting organisations enabling greater inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing.
