Nightshift Operations Assistant

Covetrus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Assistant to join our team in Dumfries. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities- Complete stock counts each day and investigate any discrepancies.
- Use manual handling equipment to move and transport pallets and boxes of goods.
- Work at height on internal equipment such as high order pickers and wave machines.
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and adhere to cleaning plans.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements and instructions.
- Select goods for customer sales orders and securely pack them in transit packaging.
- Perform quality assistance checks on picked orders.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to work overtime when required. Experience working in a warehouse environment is desirable, but not essential.
