Key Responsibilities:- Perform patient care and administrative tasks, including phlebotomy, vital sign collection, and medical record maintenance.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a healthcare setting or as an EMT, Paramedic, or Corpsman preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience and electronic medical records proficiency a plus.
- Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, or certified EMT required; BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
