Role Overview
A specialist Senior Training Coordinator is now sought within the Maritime Support and Services sector of the SEA Maritime Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities
This Subject Matter Expert (SME) will oversee a small team of trainers and provide training to our clients both domestically and internationally, with the objective of enhancing and expanding the training solutions for all of SEA's maritime offerings.

The position entails:
  • Managing a team of internal trainers.
  • Organizing training sessions and delivering courses.
  • Overseeing the training facility.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) for UK defense clients and customizing training solutions for international clients.

Essential Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience as a Trainer with a successful track record in delivering training programs.
  • A recognized training qualification, whether civilian or military.
  • Experience in leading a team of trainers and providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to collaborate with Training Designers and Courseware developers to create engaging lessons.
  • Expertise in managing training logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with various training methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Capability to deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
