Our mission is to empower individuals to maintain their independence, whether living at home or in supported living accommodations within their local communities.

We are a charitable organization committed to assisting people with learning disabilities across a wide spectrum of needs. Our vision is centered on enabling individuals with learning disabilities to take on leadership roles within society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with Learning Disabilities, fostering their independence and well-being.
  • Implement individualized care plans, ensuring the delivery of tailored services that meet specific needs.
  • Facilitate social integration and community engagement opportunities for individuals we support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, guardians, and other professionals involved in the care of individuals.
Qualifications
  • Ability to drive preferred, but willingness to use public transport or carpooling acceptable
  • Passion for making a positive impact and fostering a supportive environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and digital proficiency
  • Strong decision-making abilities and capability to work independently or collaboratively

Previous experience in the field or a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care is beneficial. Essential requirements include good communication skills, basic English and Math competency, and the right attitude of compassion and dedication.
