Job Description

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader - Documentation to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for aligning engineering, procurement, and document management systems to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the installation, maintenance, and support of sufficient IT facilities and application software to aid efficient project execution.
  • Participate in the handover of tenders from the tender team.
  • Establish and maintain the project documentation register and all relevant procedures as required.
  • Ensure focus on and follow-up of project requirements from start-up through all phases, enabling correct and consistent delivery.
  • Work directly with the project management team to ensure clarification and coordination of document requirements.
  • Deliver weekly reports to project managers with document status, including receipts, approvals, rejects, etc.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of an efficient document management system with adequate resources.
  • Coordinate all aspects of document management, including engineering, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project delivery.
  • Ensure required training is performed within the area of document management and any customer software requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a document control dashboard, including suppliers, providing real-time status.
  • Implement and monitor a supplier document deliverable and progress report that highlights exceptions to project managers.
  • Report document updates either directly to customers or through project managers.
  • Liaise and discuss all matters relating to documentation KPIs, processes, and opportunities for improvement with internal departments, including supply chain, engineering, and project management.
  • Be responsible for the health and safety of self, team, and visitors. Ensure compliance with SHE requirements for contracts and products to customers. Be a role model for SHE leadership behaviors on-site and in representing Celeros Flow Technology. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, such as nuclear, defense, and oil.
Key Accountabilities
  • Generate manufacturing records and document packs.
  • Expedite project lifecycle documentation.
  • Comply with customer requirements and industry standards.
Key Deliverables/Performance Indicators
  • On-time delivery of project documentation.
  • Development and maintenance of documentation KPI dashboard.
  • Support improvement projects that drive the right behaviors.
  • Review project-specific records and ensure issues are investigated and resolved.
  • Support customer meetings (document package reviews) and resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing, engineering, or clerical background.
  • Effective communication and operational experience.
  • Industry standards and HS&E awareness.
  • Manufacturing operations experience or supply chain experience, quality records, and collation of documentation packages.
  • Interpersonal skills, responsive, drive, and determination, customer-focused, organized.
