Your Role: Complex Needs Support Worker

As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals facing substance misuse alongside additional complexities such as co-occurring mental health conditions or homelessness.

  • Provide personalized outreach, advice, advocacy, and harm reduction strategies.
  • Deliver psychosocial interventions to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate closely with other agencies to ensure comprehensive case management and access to a full spectrum of support services.

We prioritize a trauma-informed approach, recognizing the impact of past experiences on our clients' well-being. Your compassion, empathy, and commitment to making a positive difference will be instrumental in supporting their journey towards recovery.
