Key Worker – Complex Needs Specialist

**About the Role**
Cranstoun is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Key Worker to join our team in providing support services to individuals affected by alcohol and other drugs in Worcestershire.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including those with co-occurring conditions or homelessness.
- Work in a trauma-informed approach to deliver flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, and psychosocial interventions.
- Collaborate with other agencies to case manage this cohort and ensure access to a full range of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- Strong understanding of substance misuse and complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage own diary efficiently.
