As a Key Worker, you will provide a high-quality service to individuals with complex needs, including those with co-occurring conditions or homelessness.

You will work in a trauma-informed approach, providing flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, and psychosocial interventions.

Our staff teams are motivated and committed to delivering a quality service, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for making a positive difference.

Key skills and qualities include good Microsoft Office skills, diary management, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
