Cranstoun is an independent charity and leading provider of specialist treatment, harm reduction, and recovery services to those affected by drug and alcohol use.
We provide a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol, combining proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our high-performing psychosocial drug and alcohol service in HMP Birmingham.

You will be responsible for supporting clients to make positive changes and prepare them for release into the community, arranging continuity of care and working in collaboration with the clinical team.
We are committed to delivering a high-quality service and are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team.
Experience of supporting people with complex health needs, including substance misuse, is essential, as is a non-judgmental attitude and a desire to support the lives of our service users.
