The Role of a Key Worker
As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments and providing personalized support plans.
- Managing a caseload of clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective interventions.
- Delivering the Needle Syringe Programme (NSP) to promote harm reduction strategies.
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to address substance use challenges.
