Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to provide assessment and engagement support, case load management, needle syringe program delivery, harm reduction, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Key Worker Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a good quality and safe service to our clients
  • Assessing and engaging with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Managing client case loads and providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Coordinating needle syringe program delivery and harm reduction initiatives
  • Providing interventions and support to help clients overcome substance use challenges

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge of harm reduction principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with clients who present complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage your own diary efficiently
