About the Role

GORDON YATES LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualifications Assessor to join our team. As a Qualifications Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective completion of adult learning qualifications and accreditations at leadership level (level 5 and some higher).

Key Responsibilities
  • Track qualification and training processes and completion across team members.
  • Mentor and support team members during the qualification process.
  • Complete documentation, record data and success rates across the team.
  • Provide face-to-face support and coaching work with teams across multiple sites and locations.
  • Work in conjunction with an external qualifications verifier and governing body.
Requirements
  • Qualifications - an existing qualification at Level 5 or above.
  • Leadership - personal experience of leading a team in your career.
  • Prior experience working within a related environment e.g. learning and development, training, coaching, assessing, education, teaching, care services.
  • Flexibility to commit to weekly travel and occasional overnight stays away.
  • Good written skills and an organised and structured approach to work.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career as a QA.
What We Offer
  • £36K Basic salary + all travel expenses.
