Job Title: Children's Home Support Worker
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Home Support Worker to join our team at Hockley House Residential Home in Romsey. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children with complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to children in a residential setting, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that fosters children's growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in working with children with complex needs.
