We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Leadership Team as a Children's Home Residential Team Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new children's home in Romsey, Hampshire, that will be applying for Ofsted registration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Registered Manager and Deputy Managers in developing and sustaining an aspirational, child-centred culture and an integrated approach to maximise the outcomes for children.
As a Residential Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of residential childcare staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery and continuous improvement of the service meets stringent quality standards.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience in leadership, and a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or a willingness to complete this within 2 years of appointment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of residential childcare staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children.
- Develop and sustain an aspirational, child-centred culture and an integrated approach to maximise the outcomes for children.
- Work closely with Registered Manager and Deputy Managers to ensure the delivery and continuous improvement of the service meets stringent quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the service meets the needs of children and families.
