Children's Home Residential Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Leadership Team of a brand-new children's home in Romsey, Hampshire. The home will provide a supportive environment for children with complex needs, and we are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support the Registered Manager and Deputy Managers in this venture.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-disciplinary approaches and effective partnership working, with the ability to build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. They will play a key role in shaping and implementing the service, ensuring that it meets stringent quality standards and provides the best possible outcomes for children.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience in leadership, and a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or a willingness to complete this within 2 years of appointment. The role will involve shift work, including early, late, and weekend shifts, as well as core office hours to support the team's induction and preparations for opening.
