About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ECommerce Senior Executive to join our team at SARAH CHAPMAN LIMITED. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day trading of our Shopify platform, including conversion, ATV, and traffic.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute eCRM and loyalty strategies to increase customer engagement and repeat purchase.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver website sales and performance reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and actions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Ecommerce Co-ordinator, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering success on Shopify Plus.
  • Skills: Strong CRM experience, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and project management skills.
