Senior Ecommerce Executive - BENELUX

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Executive to join our team in BENELUX. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for executing the country trading plans, overseeing the day-to-day operation and optimization of our sites to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing the regional ecommerce strategy.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to plan, translate, and execute CRM campaigns and daily activations.
  • Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing to ensure optimum execution of the trading calendar for the Dutch sites.
  • Use analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimize sales, measure performance, and define strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting of performance metrics to inform suggested actions to improve performance.
  • Track relevant competitor activity to provide constant context on market positioning, informing the trading calendar and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Language skills; native Dutch and fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch Beauty market.
  • 1+ year of eCommerce trading experience either through work experience, placement, or internship.
  • Strong command of relevant tools and software e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (with minimum intermediate Excel skills) and Google Analytics.
  • SQL advantageous.
  • Continued development through our upskilling programme delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider.
