Why be a Senior Ecommerce Executive at THG?

The Senior Ecommerce Executive will report to the Senior eCommerce Manager and be responsible for executing country trading plans, overseeing site operations, and optimizing the customer journey. Working with industry experts, you'll be part of a dynamic team striving for ambitious growth across EU territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing the regional ecommerce strategy.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to plan, translate, and execute CRM campaigns and daily activations.
  • Work closely with buying, merchandising, and marketing to ensure optimum execution of the trading calendar for German sites.
  • Manage and optimize key site KPIs, such as Revenue, Profit, Traffic, Conversion, Average Order Value, and bounce rate, driving continuous site improvements to reduce barriers to purchase.
  • Use analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey, optimize sales, measure performance, and define strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting of performance metrics to inform suggested actions to improve performance.
  • Track relevant competitor activity to provide constant context on market positioning, informing the trading calendar and strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with peers, leveraging their experience by acting as a role model and mentor for more junior executives.
Requirements:
  • Native German and fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of the German Beauty market.
  • 1+ year of eCommerce trading experience, either through work experience, placement, or internship.
  • Strong command of relevant tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (with minimum intermediate Excel skills) and Google Analytics.
  • SQL advantageous.
