Key Responsibilities:- Support learners with programme bookings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
- Monitor learner attendance and follow up with absentees to streamline education processes
- Manage customer queries and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Notify and support learners who are unsuccessful in their programmes
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes related to the customer journey
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills to prioritize customer needs
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Effective communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft products
- Additional languages a plus
