Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Training Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks Training Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

This role will involve administering and coordinating training courses for operational teams on our UKPN contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes.
  • Identifying and responding to customer needs to provide effective customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating information in a timely manner to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining training plans that align with business objectives and maximize employee capability.
  • Working closely with Line Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Training Support Managers to source suitable learning and development solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative function, preferably with a focus on training or education.
  • Able to manage confidential employee data and provide accurate reporting.
  • An understanding of reporting requirements and escalation procedures.
  • Familiarity with budget management and invoicing processes.
