Training Programme Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Training Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks Training Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
This role will involve administering and coordinating training courses for operational teams on our UKPN contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes.
- Identifying and responding to customer needs to provide effective customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating information in a timely manner to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Developing and maintaining training plans that align with business objectives and maximize employee capability.
- Working closely with Line Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Training Support Managers to source suitable learning and development solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative function, preferably with a focus on training or education.
- Able to manage confidential employee data and provide accurate reporting.
- An understanding of reporting requirements and escalation procedures.
- Familiarity with budget management and invoicing processes.
As a Training Coordinator at Kier Group, you can expect a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
