We are recruiting an Education Coordinator for our International client with an office based in a rural area.

This role is perfect for a customer-focused individual who is driven to improve the customer journey.

As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting learners booked on to programs from initial booking through to completion.

You will also be dealing with customer queries and managing the main customer-facing inbox.

Additionally, you will be collaborating with other departments to improve processes related to the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service or relevant administrative experience, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the rest of the team and other departments.

The successful candidate will have strong planning, organisation skills and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always prioritised and achieved.

They will also have a confident and professional telephone manner, the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with individuals at all levels, and experience with Office 365 and Microsoft products.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £26,000 per annum and benefits including on-site parking and hybrid working options.
