House Builder Sales Manager Opportunity

Topps Tiles, a leading provider of high-quality products and solutions within the House Builder Sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven House Builder Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets in the Scotland area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales growth and exceed budget targets by identifying decision makers, developing strategic business-to-business relationships, and presenting products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements, and provide local technical advisory support to the customer base.
  • Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings, utilizing the company's Business Intelligence system, and ensure the company CRM system is updated regularly.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales support functions, and monitor and self-assess performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector, with strong commercial acumen and solution-focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
