Job Title: Technical Buyer

Location: Selby, North Yorkshire

Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Buyer to oversee the procurement of technical goods and services. As a key member of the procurement team, you will work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with company requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Procure technical goods and services in accordance with company requirements
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform procurement decisions

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in technical procurement or a related field
