About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to one of our Directors. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director, ensuring the smooth delivery of business plans and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's communications and time management, ensuring timely and considered responses to matters.
  • Work closely with the Director and their administrative support to share best practices and stay updated on key deliverables.
  • Conduct and provide up-to-date and accurate research materials and outputs to support the Director and related teams.
  • Capture meeting actions, review, and progress to ensure momentum, ownership, and delivery output is maintained.
  • Divert unnecessary operational matters away from the Director.
  • Use initiative to direct operational matters to the correct person, ensuring ownership and alignment with the Director's intentions.
  • Manage events to ensure they are planned and delivered to a high standard within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Comfortable using own initiative to progress tasks.
  • Great IT skills and confident with Microsoft products.
