About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team at EKFB. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for providing direct assistance to the Fleet Manager in planning, managing, supervising, and coordinating fleet management related activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support to the Fleet Manager on a wide variety of tasks related to fleet management.
  • Ensure compliance with Licence and EKFB Policies and Standards.
  • Use the Vehicle Management Booking System (VBMS) to ensure HGV vehicles follow approved routes only.
  • Conduct vehicle and driver audits, spot checks, and record and report results to the Fleet Manager.
  • Supply vehicle packs for new vehicles and check vehicles against specification.

About You

  • Experience in fleet and transport operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK fleet and transport regulations.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, service, and MOT scheduling.
  • Experience in tachograph analysis and driver infringement management.
  • Experience in analysing KPI reports and taking corrective action.
  • Full driving licence required.
