About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Coordinator to join our team at EKFB. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide direct assistance to the Fleet Manager and support the planning, management, and coordination of fleet-related activities.

Responsibilities will include receiving new vehicles, checking them against specification, and ensuring compliance with Licence and EKFB Policies and Standards. You will also use the Vehicle Management Booking System (VBMS) to ensure HGV vehicles follow approved routes only.

About You
  • Experience in Fleet and Transport Operations
  • Strong working knowledge of UK fleet and transport regulations
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, service, and MOT scheduling
  • Experience in tachograph analysis and driver infringement management to ensure compliance
  • Experience in analysing KPI reports and taking corrective action when required
  • Full driving licence required
