About the Role

At EKFB, we're shaping the future of transportation infrastructure. As a Transport Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Fleet Manager in planning, managing, and supervising fleet-related activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with operational support strategies, providing guidance on fleet-related matters, and receiving and inspecting new vehicles to ensure they meet specifications.

You'll also be responsible for supplying vehicle packs, conducting vehicle and driver audits, and using the Vehicle Management Booking System to ensure HGV vehicles follow approved routes. Your strong working knowledge of UK fleet and transport regulations will be essential in this role.

About You

  • Experience in fleet and transport operations
  • Experience in providing operational leadership support of a mixed HGV and White Fleet
  • Strong working knowledge of UK fleet and transport regulations
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, service, and MOT scheduling
  • Experience in tachograph analysis and driver infringement management to ensure compliance
  • Experience in analysing KPI reports and taking corrective action when required
  • Full driving licence required
