About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver business support services to the team, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Assist with general office and facilities management, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to company groups, initiatives, events, and individuals, ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, promoting a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements and policies in your area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive approach to day-to-day tasks, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills, with confidence in using Microsoft products and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Great team player with a can-do attitude, able to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good numeracy skills and financial understanding, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Appetite to learn and develop, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
