Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Clinical Coordination Nurse to enhance our medical and clinical capabilities within a vibrant international team. This role is based in our office and focuses on collaborating with a diverse group dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to patients.

Core Responsibilities

As a Clinical Coordination Nurse, your contributions will be vital in ensuring superior patient care through:

  • Managing inquiries from patients around the globe, performing telephonic triage and comprehensive medical evaluations.
  • Offering pre-travel health consultations and assessing associated travel health risks.
  • Reviewing global medical care standards and advising on travel fitness.
  • Coordinating medical services internationally based on specific patient needs and locations.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals worldwide for effective patient care management.
  • Facilitating medical evacuations and repatriations when necessary.
  • Participating in internal initiatives aimed at quality improvement.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Clinical Coordination Nurse will possess:

  • Registration with the NMC and approximately five years of experience in critical care or emergency environments.
  • Diverse clinical exposure in fields such as travel health, global health, or non-profit organizations.
  • Adeptness in promptly identifying and escalating urgent medical situations.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure, showcasing adaptability and compassion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
