You will provide essential administrative assistance and information to academic personnel and students engaged in postgraduate education at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with students and distinguished academic staff.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. A professional demeanor, a readiness to assist, and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and challenges are essential. You will be tasked with supporting the admissions and recruitment processes for Taught Postgraduate programs. This includes monitoring applicant statistics, aiding in the creation of reports, and providing updates to the Admissions Tutor and relevant School Committees.

Your responsibilities will also encompass examination support and coursework administration. You will guide students and staff regarding academic regulations and the procedures for submitting extenuating circumstances and academic appeals. Additionally, you will ensure the timely execution of the engagement monitoring process. In collaboration with the Faculty and Student Records teams, you will assist in maintaining and updating student records, ensuring that modifications to student information are processed accurately and promptly, in accordance with UCL's data retention policies.
