Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Research Program Coordinator to join our esteemed Advancement and Alumni Team at the Royal College of Art (RCA).

This role is pivotal in enhancing our fundraising initiatives by managing research and the prospect pipeline with a collaborative spirit and innovative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Advancement and Alumni to develop and execute a comprehensive prospect strategy that aligns with the College's fundraising objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential donors through meticulous strategic research, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
  • Oversee the Prospect Research Associate and the Advancement Officer (Database) to ensure effective team management.
  • Generate in-depth reports and high-quality briefings for fundraisers and senior leadership within the College.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing research programs.
  • Expertise in utilizing relational databases for data management and analysis.
