About the Role

We are seeking a talented B2B marketer to join our global marketing team within the fast-paced Recruitment division. This role focuses on driving lead volume and order intake for products tailored to recruiters and corporate compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive leads across email, content, webinars, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to optimize SEO programs and improve website performance.
  • Manage lead generation activities across various marketing channels in the UK and oversee plans in Australia/New Zealand.
  • Work closely with sales to boost sales-sourced lead volume, providing them with necessary content and data.
  • Lead the launch of new products and features, and refresh existing portfolio messaging to maximise pipeline and order intake growth.
Requirements
  • Proven growth marketer with B2B demand generation experience, skilled in deploying integrated marketing plans and achieving business KPIs.
  • Creative flair for translating software functionality into compelling benefits, with a natural drive to challenge the status quo and make an impact.
  • Digital native experienced in managing digital marketing funnels, using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to optimise performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen, capable of developing marketing plans, delivering initiatives, and making ROI-focused recommendations.
