Job Title: Insurance Complaints Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Complaints Manager to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints related to insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints related to insurance products, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and data protection, to resolve complex complaints.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on complaint handling and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA and ICOB rules.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in complaint handling and resolution, preferably in a FCA-regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
