Claims and Complaints Manager

We are seeking an experienced Claims and Complaints Manager to join our team at Advancing People. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex claims and complaints, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve complex claims and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that claims are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims and complaints, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the cause and extent of the issue.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future claims and complaints, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that claims and complaints are handled in a consistent and fair manner.
- Significant experience in claims and complaints management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
