Claims Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Executive to join our team at Howden. As a key liaison between clients and insurers, you will ensure that claims are administered in line with expected standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as needed.
  • Maintain delegated authority contracts efficiently.
  • Present claims to underwriters, addressing queries and providing feedback.
  • Review and prepare correspondence regarding notifications and claims.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service levels.
  • Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments relevant to the division.
  • Develop good knowledge of the claims-handling process.
