Claims and Complaints Manager

We are seeking a skilled Claims Executive to join our team at Howden. As a key liaison between clients and insurers, you will ensure that claims are administered in line with expected standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as needed.
- Maintain delegated authority contracts efficiently.
- Present claims to underwriters, addressing queries and providing feedback.
- Review and prepare correspondence regarding notifications and claims.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service levels.
- Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments relevant to the division.
- Develop good knowledge of the claims-handling process.
