Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be an integral part of our inpatient and surgical wards, contributing to the high standards of care that our facility is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care across various surgical specialties.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient ward operations.
  • Upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Valid NMC Registration.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Proven experience in surgical and wound care.
  • A minimum of two years of post-registration experience in a surgical ward setting.
  • A strong passion for delivering clinically excellent care.
  • A willingness to engage in continuous professional development and innovation in practice.
