About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership in relation to Level 1 and Level 2 adult patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team in relation to Level 1 and Level 2 adult patients.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement in patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with appropriate registration.
  • Post-registration Acute Care course or equivalent experience.
  • Proof of continuous update in specialist areas.
