Project Control Manager

Position: Project Control Manager
Location: Flexible working arrangements available.
Compensation: Competitive salary plus an executive vehicle allowance based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a diverse team of professionals.
- Directing the creation of various progress documentation, including build review reports and milestone evidence for senior management and client presentations.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with essential stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Addressing challenges with key stakeholders when project elements are misaligned to prevent potential delays.
- Providing supervisory guidance and technical direction to team members.
- Mentoring team members, assessing their work quality, and contributing to performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Defence, Manufacturing, or Trade sectors.
- Training in CILT or APICS.

About the Team:
As part of the Project Planning and Control Enablement team, you will collaborate closely with various functions to advance work orders through the operational system and onto the production floor. This dynamic team operates in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to witness tangible progress as projects advance through their build cycles. Opportunities for skill development in Project Management and Dreadnought Build are available, supported by experienced colleagues.
