Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Project Management and Controls Development Scheme as a Trainee Project Management and Control Professional. As a trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the development and production of business data, analyzing trends, and managing projects to time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and production of business data by using project control and monitoring tools, techniques, and processes.
- Analyze data with accuracy, identify trends, and forecast to meet targets.
- Manage projects to time, cost, and quality, providing support to project managers and control account managers.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities, and learn from experience.
- Work cross-functionally to contribute to a coherent position on programme performance, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable PC literacy to an excellent standard through academic qualifications and/or examples of using IT packages to analyze and present data.
- Ability to study to a Level 4 Qualification.
- Have English and Maths – C and above at GCSE or level 2 equivalent.
- Understand the principles of Planning and Project Control processes.
- Evidence of professional behaviors.

About the Role:
The Project Management and Controls Development Scheme is a 6-month programme that will consist of a one-week induction, weekly day-release to study for a University Certificate in Project Controls, and a 6-month programme role within the business. Once you have successfully completed the scheme, you will remain in your role and continue to develop your competencies as a trainee.
