We are excited to be working with a dynamic and expanding company, part of The Recruitment Group, who are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team.

As the Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new client accounts and managing existing ones
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and document management
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients and employees
  • Supporting with billing and invoicing, including processing payments and managing accounts
  • Scanning and managing daily post and allocating to files
  • Processing daily Bacs payments and managing cash flow

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, strong organizational skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
