About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EUC Engineer to join our team at Experis UK. As a Senior EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for EUC and infrastructure-related issues
  • Expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other related technologies
  • Cloud experience with Azure and AWS, with a focus on migration and deployment
  • Office 365 support, including OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft software packages
  • ITIL certification in IT Service Management
  • Administration of virtual machines, including Hyper-V and VMware
  • Networking knowledge, including VPNs
  • SCCM/MECM experience
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Fortinet product experience
Requirements
  • SC Clearance or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in EUC and infrastructure-related technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure-related concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
