We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EUC Engineer to join our team at Experis UK. As a Senior EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on cloud, virtualization, and Windows-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for EUC and infrastructure-related issues
  • Expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
  • Cloud experience with Azure and AWS (desirable)
  • Office 365 support and administration of Microsoft software packages
  • ITIL certification in IT Service Management
  • Administration of virtual machines (Hyper-V/VMware) and networking knowledge (VPNs)
  • SCCM/MECM experience and PowerShell scripting experience (desirable)
  • Fortinet product experience (desirable)

Requirements:

  • SC Clearance or higher
  • Previous experience in 2nd and 3rd line support and EUC/infrastructure knowledge
  • Windows-focused with expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
  • Cloud experience with Azure and AWS (desirable)
  • Office 365 support and administration of Microsoft software packages
  • ITIL certification in IT Service Management
