Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is proud to be working on behalf of a family-run Freight firm actively seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join their team in the Hampshire location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior BDM to embed themselves into a business that prioritizes its staff. They are looking for someone to be more than a BDM and implement sales strategies, work in partnership with the Directors, and drive the business forward.

### Business Development Manager Job Overview

* Develop new business opportunities by upselling the company's specialist freight, customs, haulage, and warehouse services.
* Maintain and expand pre-existing relationships - Account Management.
* Plan with Directors on new sales strategies for the business and oversee the commercial movement of the business.

### Business Development Manager Job Requirements

* Proven New Business Sales in multi-modal freight.
* Knowledge of FMCG / Fresh Food & Drink Distribution.

### Business Development Manager Salary & Benefits

* Basic Salary £45-60k.
* Competitive Commission / Bonus Structure on top of salary.
* Car or car allowance (candidates' preference).
* Flexible working pattern.
