The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Barnett Hill Hotel, a 4-star country house hotel located in the heart of Surrey. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Meet and greet guests, taking orders and serving food and beverage with a smile.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel, participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
