Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Service Assistant to join our team at a prestigious countryside hotel. As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a fine dining restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverage to residents, conference and event guests, and local visitors in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Guest Interaction: Meet and greet guests, take orders, and present bills to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Shift Work: Work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts, 5 days a week, including weekends, on a rota basis.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any service issues that may arise and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service operations is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
